I'm going to show you how to make the worlds easiest pacifier clip! These are cheap and very quick to make. You could whip some of these up as a baby shower gift, make plenty to match all of your child's outfits, or you could even make then and sell them on the side to make a bit of pocket change.
Supplies Needed:
- Snap pliers or a snap press
- sicissors
- 12 inches of grosgrain ribbon (5/8 or 1 inch)
- 3 sets of plastic size 20 snaps (2 female parts, 1 male part, and 3 caps)
- 1 suspender clip (5/8 or 1 inch - match it to the size of ribbon you choose)
- lighter
- 1 silicone O ring (22mm)
- awl
Snaps I used in this video can be found here. http://www.kamsnaps.com/Size-20-c33/
The O rings I used (not where I bought them but just a random link- I forgot where I actually bought them...some where on ebay I think) http://www.etsy.com/listing/91956311/...
Snap pliersI used in this video were purchased here. http://www.kamsnaps.com/Snap-Pliers-H...
I bought the ribbon some where on Ebay but can be bought at any craft store or Walmart.
The ribbon in this video was 5/8 and the suspender clip was also 5/8. You could also use 1 inch just be sure that the ribbon size matches the suspender clip size.
I bought the pacifiers at Buy Buy Baby.
Check out this video for a step by step set of instructions.
